The role has a strong focus on the elevation of our Growth and Development initiatives and execution of a strong great place to work strategy to sustain our GBS Culture, effective governance and driving efficient business operations. This role chairs and drives progress in key GBS cultural councils including the DEI Council, Onboarding and Recognition. The role reports to the Director of Strategy & Operations and works closely with senior leaders across the organization. Key to success of this role will be the implementation of simple solutions to embed and align Enterprise, GBS and team initiatives that further our efforts to achieve Best in Class performance, Trusted Partnerships and exceptional customer experiences as well as a Great Place to Work for all colleagues.GBS Great Place to Work Talent Strategy: Development and alignment of GBS Cultural plan to deliver a Great Place to Work for all Colleagues
In partnership with People Experience (PX) lead the development and execution of the GBS Culture Plan globally including alignment with Make it Possible Great Place to Work teams & progress reporting to the GBS Leadership Team
Led the execution, end-to-end reporting, and action planning of the GBS all colleague annual Place to Work Survey
Chair the DEI Council, provide reporting and lead various focused DEI initiatives
Support the GBS Growth council on key programs like Peer Coaching and the adoption of Pfizer Learning Academy (PLA)
Support GBS Site and virtual visits across our six strategic locations
Talent Incubator: Support Talent Incubator Program across GBS and expansion opportunities
Execute launch of new talent incubator, including promotion of program to managers and colleagues by creating compelling communications
Manage project calendar, drive meeting agendas
Lead metrics reporting to measure success of program
Support the annual development programing for colleagues and managers including best practices and networking
GBS Training & Onboarding : Implementation of the GBS Global Training Curriculum including:
Management, planning and execution of all new colleague hire welcome sessions and global training sessions
Development of a GBS Customer Focus Week to support training and discussions to develop a customer and business partner mindset in GBS
Leadership Engagement: Elevate leadership engagement and commitment at the global, tower and regional level.
Execution of monthly one-page global GBS report out for GBS leaders
Development of engaging and inspiring Leader Forum's agenda including end-to-end execution and socialization of follow-up key messages
Ownership of Leading in GBS Teams/other Communication Medium including maintenance of extended leaders' distribution list and updates for GBS Leaders
GBS Communications and Change Management : Support the development of strategic communications to inform and drive engagement within the organization.
Lead change management on key strategic initiatives in GBS
Support the planning of content for GBS LT Strategic Forums and GBS Wide Global Forums in partnership with PX
Evolve the GBS Story and Make it possible strategic intent
GBS Governance & Operational Planning: Supporting the execution of our GBS Governance and Operational Planning Commitments:
Create leadership team meeting agendas and associated materials
Development, socialization and reporting of GBS Annual Global Priorities and timeline
Supporting the planning of content for GBS LT Strategic Forums and GBS Wide Global Forums including maintenance of GBS Global Calendar of Events in partnership with GBS Comms & PX Team Support the development of GBS plans and lead the execution of key management initiatives & ad hoc projects

Experience in navigating a large, global organization and create an effective network of colleagues across levels
Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree
Experience with Pfizer internal social medial platforms (intranet and Teams etc.)
