In this role you will get to manage and lead multi-discipline planning, design, and construction teams In for large water and wastewater treatment facilities, collection, and distribution systems .What You'll Be Doing:

Manage multi-discipline water/wastewater/conveyance and environmental projects up to the $250M + range within the engineering and construction sector from early concept development through detailed design and construction.

Work collaboratively with sales leaders to evaluate potential new work and supports the scoping and costing effort.

Provides guidance to drafters/designers, engineers, craft workers, other project team members, contractors, or subcontractors.

Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and schedules while managing the firm's risk.

Be active in professional societies in which clients or potential clients are members.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Experience with project management or technical leadership on water/wastewater/conveyance projects.

4-year degree in Engineering or related technical/business field and at least 15+ years of related work experience is required. Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background, as well as previous project management experience on similar or related projects. Professional registration may also be required.

Experience working with project management methodology including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software and finance and accounting concepts and practices.

Willingness to serve as a project manager, design manager, or project technical leader.

Willingness to routinely travel to Florida offices in-state (10% of the time)

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

15+ years of stormwater management, modeling and hydrology analysis, master planning, design and permitting of various water and wastewater facility improvements including utilities, municipal infrastructure, water control facilities, canals & levees, and water & sewer design

Familiar with state and local regulatory agencies standards and requirements, such as Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Water Management Districts (WMD), and Regional/Municipal Utilities.
