DescriptionThe UX Designer is responsible for the all user experiences within the application. The UX Designer defines interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications. They are also responsible for gathering personas, scenarios, and end-to-end experiences for the various applications in order to facilitate the overarching user experiences.The UX Designer is in charge of developing and maintaining interaction models, screen designs, design wireframes, mockups, and specifications.Provide user experience design for new development features.Update current user experiences by gathering personas, workflows, and understanding the current technology limitations.Provide wireframes, interactive models, user workflow, and screen designs for new/existing feature requests.Maintain all UI/UX related artifacts for future reference.Organize user experience discussion and gather data from both external and internal stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience.2-4 years UI/UX experienceExperience soliciting end-user feedback for further enhancementExperience using the following technologies: Javascript, HTML, Adobe Production Suite, PHPWeb Development experience a plusSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s successCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsTechnology doesn't change the world.
