Do you love coffee? Do you enjoy a fast-paced, customer focused environment? We are seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join our team. No experience is necessary, but if you've got it, that's a bonus!
Responsibilities include (But not limited to):
prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages with precision and care.
Take customer orders and ensure a personalized experience.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.
Learn about coffee offerings and share your knowledge with customers.
Preparing and serving simple snacks and food.
Developing skills and helping train new hires.
Maintain the store environment and equipment.
Counting and restocking inventory and communicating store needs.
Ensuring food safety standards are met.
Qualifications:
Previous Barista experience is a plus, but not required
Passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Have open availability, be able to work mornings, evenings and weekends
Opening / Closing Shifts / Weekends / Cash Register / Leadership
Engaging customers and surpassing their needs
