Immediate Opening! Acclaimed chef from some of Americas top restaurants is developing three independent restaurants here in Tampa, searching for a few passionate professional cooks/chefs. Immediate openings for new menu launch, taking over an existing kitchen, and one fine dining opening in Q1-2025. Ready to learn local Florida ingredients, gain technical skills, attention to detail, and bring your own touch?

I we find the right person, we have another space seating 12 for nightly "dinner parties." Part tasting menu, part joyful food entertainment opportunity that needs a highly skilled chef with an engaging personality.

Applicants should be well versed in knife skills, southern ingredients, cleanliness, plating, costing and training. We specialize mostly in fine dining, focusing on high quality beef and local seafood depending on the venue.
