Concession Staff
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve Spanish-style seafood dishes and sides
Assist with food prep (paella, shrimp, calamari, rice, sauces, etc.)
Handle customer orders and payments
Keep work areas clean and organized
Help with setup and takedown at each fair or park location
Requirements:
Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a busy outdoor setting
Food service experience a plus
Must be comfortable with basic cooking, grilling, and teamwork
Weekend day and evening availability preferred
Must have reliable transportation
Weekday Cleaners- (prefer staff from event concessions but willing to have part time cleaners aside)
What You’ll Do:
Clean and sanitize cooking equipment, prep areas, and concession stands
Restock supplies and assist with food prep when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization between events
heavy maintenance and trash removal
Requirements:
Detail-oriented and dependable
Able to work independently
Available weekday mornings or afternoons
