Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Know menu items inside out
- Assist customers in selecting menu items and customizing their poke bowls
- Prepare and assemble poke bowls according to customer preferences and company standards with a sense of urgency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including prep stations and dining area
- Accurately ring in items and handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
