TAPS Restaurant, Bar & Lounge, a Downtown Tampa staple, is seeking an experienced bartender ready to take their career to the next level in a hybrid Bartender/Shift Manager role.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Open Availability to work nights & evenings Wednesday's through Sunday's
Chosen Candidate will be required to work Holidays and Special Events (i.e. Gasparilla, GMF, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, etc)
A positive, happy attitude with excellent guest interaction skills is a must
Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional service
Experience as a bartender is required; prior management experience is a bonus
Must be willing to follow directions as shown or described
Must have the ability and enthusiasm to connect and engage with guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience on every visit
Ideal candidate will excel at connecting and communicating with coworkers while maintaining professional supervisor-employee relationships
Willingness to learn and grow with our team
