Experienced Line Cook and Waitress Needed To Join Our Team!
Family owned and operated for over 30 years, The Breakfast Club of Port Richey has been a beloved spot for locals and out of towners alike. High quality food, low prices, and friendly faces make our costumers feel at home. It is very rare for us to ever have any job openings but due to us being the busiest breakfast/lunch restaurant in the area, the time has come to add to our work family.
What we are looking for in our Waitress:
Experience is necessary. We need someone who has been there and done that.
Must have an extremely friendly demeanor, even under high stress situations.
We are a very busy and fast pace, you must be able to keep up and do so with a smile.
Team player. We have been around for a long time. We are like family and we treat each other as such.
Must be attentive and observant. Your tables should feel like they are the only ones in the restaurant. We want our customers to remember YOU, not just their awesome meal.
Must be able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This is non-negotiable. Weekends are our busiest time and these are the days we need you. Depending on how you come along an extra day will be added to your schedule. We open at 7am and close by 3pm every day, so you need to be an early riser, but will never miss dinner with your family.
We are one of the busiest restaurants in the area. If you work hard your tips will be awesome on a daily basis. Our waitress compensation is well above the average for our area!
What we are looking for in our Line Cook:
Breakfast and lunch food experience is necessary.
Must be able to work fast but create clean plates. Quality and presentation are pillars our success. We are only as good as the food we serve. We have one shot to create a returning customer. It is up to our cook staff to make sure we exceed all expectations.
Kitchens get hot. Although we have fans and other cooling methods, you must be okay working in warm conditions.
Must be able to keep your cooking area and kitchen clean. We pride ourselves in keeping everything as clean as possible. Even the areas the customers do not see.
Must be available to work weekends. As of right now we have 4 days available to the right person.
Compensation will be discussed during the interview and is dependent on experience.
