We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER , WE WILL VERIFY PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE to join our team in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment. will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our kitchen and front-of-house staff deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of food quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to train and develop team members.
Duties
Work and cooperate with team for giving good customer service and easy work flow
Manage kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Utilize POS systems effectively for order management and cash handling.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the kitchen and dining areas.
Lead by example in providing excellent hospitality to both customers and team members.
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred.
Strong kitchen management skills with a solid understanding of culinary practices.
Proficiency in training development techniques to enhance team performance.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Knowledge of hospitality management principles is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
