Title of Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager
Job Description: The Assistant General Manager/ Restaurant Manager will demonstrate leadership and expertise in all areas of the kitchen and be responsible for Front of the House also- Customer focused at all times. The Assistant General Manager/ Restaurant Manager will be responsible for selecting, hiring, training, supervising, and developing the staff. The Assistant General Manager/ Restaurant Manager will manage day-to-day shifts, oversee food inventories and labor, closely monitor all safety and sanitation procedures, keep all equipment in shipshape, help every employee provide guests with top-quality food that’s always perfectly prepared and presented.

Qualifications:
· The Assistant General Manager must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
· A solid track record of controlling costs, sanitation, food quality, and guest focused is a must for the the Assistant General Manager.
· A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Assistant General Manager
· The AGM/ Restaurant Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 2 years fast casual Restaurant or QSR Background.
