Candidate must have Maintenance experience-Hotel preferred but not necessary.
Must have a Valid Drivers License and a vehicle to pick up supplies when needed.
Experience in the following areas: PTAC repairs, Swimming Pool maintenance, Washers, Driers, etc.
Assist with preventive maintenance program in all rooms to meet Wyndham Standards
Work on projects assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Management
Hours will vary depending on hotel business and staffing(Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays, on call if necessary)
Certifications will be helpful.
Communication with all staff and guests.
Reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor/General Manager/Assistant General Manager
Must Have any Attendance/Tardiness Issues
Reference checks will be conducted.
