We are seeking a diligent and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that the property is kept in pristine condition.
Housekeeper Duties:
Perform standard cleaning and housekeeping duties with exceptional attention to detail, in line with the standards expected at a boutique hotel or bed and breakfast
Collaborate with a team of housekeeping professionals to ensure all areas of the ranch are consistently clean and well-maintained
Provide housekeeping support during private events and functions, including setup and teardown of event spaces, and assisting in the service of these functions
Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes
Uphold the highest level of trustworthiness and confidentiality when handling guests' belongings and personal spaces

Housekeeper Qualifications:
3 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel setting
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
The ability to pass a background screening, as trustworthiness and discretion, is paramount in this role
Bilingual - Speaks Spanish, a must
