Looking for someone who has experience ordering, scheduling and doing inventory. Good Communication skills with BOH and FOH are an AMUST.
Responsible for prep and ensuring dishes are executed to standard. Responsible for maintaining Health code and Safe Serve Standards.
We are currently open 5 nights a week and may open for Brunch during Season. We sometimes have events on evenings closed and they are incremental to compensation.
The right candidate will have the potential to add a percent of food sales to their salary. This is a working position.Speaking Spanish is a plus.
