Requirements
Proven cooking experience, 2 years recent experience as a Line Cook
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Reliable transportation, punctual and team player.
Serve Safe preferred.
Job Brief
We are looking for professional Line Cook to prepare food to the chef’s specifications.
Must have experience on flat top, sautee, fryers and pantry.
Duties will consist of assisting co-workers with daily tasks. Prep, service, cleaning and dishwashing.
Closing shifts, 40 hrs F/T - P/T (available)
Pizza making and catering experience a plus.
Our restaurant is located on a Championship golf course and caters to members.
5 DAY WORK WEEK (WED-SUN)
NO LATE NIGHTS, CLOSED 9 PM WED-SAT and 5 PM on SUNDAYS
CONSECUTIVE 2 DAYS OFF. MON-TUE
