Responsibilities

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook in a professional kitchen setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Proficiency in working with high quality ingredients and seafood.
Ability to handle a fast paced environment, multitask, and work well under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
