General manager required to run three small motels in Largo and Clearwater.
Couple or single person required as this will be a live on site opportunity.
Must have at least three years experience in office and hospitality management.
The General managers daily tasks would include. overseeing day-to-day management and operation of all motels.
General Motel operation, i.e. taking rents, checking guests in, overseeing housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
Ensuring rooms are clean and ready to go.
Maintain a complete understanding of room rates, types, availability, arrivals and departures. Handle guest complaints, Resolve guest concerns ensuring guest satisfaction.
Character traits of honesty and trustworthiness are essential to this position and must be displayed at all times.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
