The Inn On Third, is a 20 guest room historic hotel, highly rated on all booking platforms as well as Tripadvisor and Google. We are family owned and operated, and our staff is family!
Starting early/mid September we are looking to fill the position of assistant innkeeper, which entails working evenings only (6 pm to 10 pm) and being on call overnight in case of guest emergencies. You will have Tuesday evenings off (every other Tuesday off from on call duty as well). Additional hours are possible on an as needed basis.
You will be living onsite in a small, but cozy studio (single occupancy) with private bath and kitchen, provided to you to fulfill your on-call overnight duties - all utilities and wifi included (sorry, no pets).
Additionally, we offer 7 days PTO annually and a monthly salary.
This position would lend itself perfectly to additional part time/a work from home job, to supplement income from this position. Duties include taking reservations, checking in guests, finishing up the days’ laundry, attending to the daily Evening Social, answering guests’ questions and assisting with requests, helping with luggage, light gardening, and occasionally light housekeeping.
