Renzo's Steakhouse, a cornerstone of Tampa’s culinary scene, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our vibrant team at our Downtown St. Petersburg location. If you're ready to work in a fast-paced environment and bring joy to every guest, we want you on our team!
Positions Available:
Server: Attend to customers upon entrance, present menus and help customers select food/beverages, take and serve orders, answer questions and make recommendations for our products, able to communicate in a professional manner with customers and coworkers, have a positive and welcoming attitude.
Bartender: Have a welcoming and positive attitude, attend to customers with no delay, have bartending experience, provide a pleasant drinking experience, able to answer questions and assist complaints with professionalism, adhere to proper alcohol handling, recommend food and drinks as per customer liking, able to communicate with coworkers with professionalism.
Busser/Runner: Help maintain the flow of our dynamic dining environment, help reset tables and greet customers kindly.
Vital to our team’s success, ensuring that every dish from our kitchen is presented perfectly to the table, maintaining the high standards that Renzo's is known for.
Requirements:
Positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
