Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Maker to join our team at Westshore Pizza. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating delicious, high-quality pizzas while working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and stretch dough to create pizzas of various sizes and styles
Add sauces, cheeses, and toppings according to recipes and customer preferences
Operate pizza ovens and monitor cooking times to ensure perfect results
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety guidelines
Assist with prep work, including slicing ingredients and making fresh dough
Ensure consistency and quality in every pizza served
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently
Manage inventory and report low stock on ingredients
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a pizza maker, cook, or in food preparation preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to speak/read/write the English language
