As a POS/Cashier, you are the first point of contact for our customers, providing a welcoming and efficient experience at the counter. You will handle transactions, assist customers with menu choices, and ensure orders are accurately processed for the kitchen team. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail help create a positive dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, answer questions, and provide menu recommendations.
Accurately process orders, handle payments, and manage cash or card transactions.
Communicate order details to the line promptly and clearly, when needed.
Ensure the counter area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
Address customer concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed.
Finish pizzas and handle the pick up station.
