I’m looking for a private chef to prepare and deliver one (sometimes two) high-protein, macro-balanced dinner to my residence in 101 Meridian Apartments, Tampa, Florida. This is a part-time opportunity that begins with a paid trial meal.
I am only in Tampa occasionally (around 7 days per month), so the schedule is not fixed. Meals should be delivered 15–30 minutes before dinner time on the selected days. The chef will not cook onsite — delivery only.
Nutrition Targets (per meal/day):
1,600 calories
200g protein (50%)
120g carbohydrates (30%)
35g fat (20%)
Protein is the top priority and must be consistently met. Carbs and fats can vary slightly.
Meal Requirements:
- 1 savory dish + 1 low-calorie dessert
- Delivered fresh by 7:00 PM (or earlier as coordinated)
- No red meat (chicken, fish, turkey, or eggs preferred)
Cuisines: Mediterranean, Mexican, Italian, or Indian
Meals should be flavorful, well-presented, and macro-balanced
