A 47-unit resort/condo property in Treasure Island, Florida is seeking an ideal candidate who will be enthusiastic, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, and transportation is a must.
ATTRIBUTES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must be able to speak fluent English.
Must be a detail-oriented.
Must be energetic and have a great attitude at all times.
Must be RELIABLE & TRUSTWORTHY
Must have the mobility to climb stairs.
Must be able to do deep cleaning of units.
Notify Management on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
Check stocking levels and replace when necessary.
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Customer oriented and friendly.
Prioritization and time management skills
