1 - RESTAURANT COOK
Busy local restaurant is seeking an experienced cook for the afternoon/evening shift. Three years experience in real restaurant kitchen is required. Approximate hours are Tuesday - Saturday 3:00pm - 10:00pm or later.
WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS & MONDAYS
Applicants are expected to:
Handle stress and pressure to prepare quality food quickly and consistently.
Have sauté experience, prepare pastas and basic sauces, grill meat to proper temp.
Be intelligent, responsible, well groomed and hard working.
Be able to take constructive criticism - a good attitude a MUST. No whining.
For fine dining restaurant
Minimum 3 years experience
Must be over 18
