Cristino's, a unique, family owned coal oven pizzeria and full service Italian restaurant is hiring part time servers. Server schedule is flexible but must be able to work some weekday evening shifts (approx 5pm-11:00pm . Many shifts/promotions are available if desired and performance is up to par. Ideal server candidate will be friendly, professional, well grooomed, hard working, intelligent and customer-oriented. Must be able to perform in an extremely busy work environment. Experience is a plus however we will very seriously consider any hard working candidate who can show strong potential. (Some host and busser shifts may also be available for those with less/no experience and these positions often lead to server positions as well ). We work very hard together as a team to ensure all our customers (who we of course feel are the best and are so grateful for) always leave happy. Current college students, those with some college are encouraged to apply. Employees Must clear a background check/be drug free (screening does not include marijuana). It's a good job but def requires hard work as servers are responsible for a great deal in an extremely fast paced environment but it is also very rewarding . Most servers have been here for years and all either already have, or are currently working toward a college degree.
