Greet and inform everyone who walks in, at the concession stand and at the box office.
Maintain a friendly, warm demeanor with all guests; people take a chance when they try a new movie theater and if we are grumpy or seem burnt out, we've lost our shot to earn and keep their business.
Move seamlessly between concession stand and box office as scheduled and directed.
Provide information to guests, which means knowing our schedule and menu inside and out.
Sell ‘em tickets or check their tickets and move them along, taking their orders quickly as a cashier or backing up a cashier.
Use a point of sale system quickly and efficiently.
Independently and as directed by Management Team maintain awareness of the passage of time and close doors to auditorium, check picture and sound when movie starts.
Lead bussing of auditoriums, communicating effectively to all staff available.
Attend to the cleanliness of public areas.
Run food to customers in the dark without disturbing their moviegoing experience, which means memorizing the seating chart.
Support dishwasher in washing dishes as needed.
Assess orders for accuracy resolving any issues before customers see ‘em.
Keep an eye and ear out for issues in the auditoriums with sound, image, or audience experience. If you see a problem you can fix, fix it. If you can’t fix it find a management team member who can.
