We are seeking a dedicated Caregivers and CNAs to join our team and provide essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and ensure the well-being of our patients following a personalized care plan. These Duties include but are not limited to :
Deliver healthcare services within patients' residences
Perform household tasks and assist with domestic activities
Accompany patients to medical appointments and hospitals as needed - Administer prescribed medications under supervision
Aid in personal care tasks for clients - Monitor vital signs, temperature, and overall condition of patients
Maintain accurate records of care provided and patient progress
Support mobility and physical therapy exercises
Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals in need
Previous experience as a Caregiver preferred
Proficiency in monitoring vital signs and specimen collection
Knowledge of basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
Strong communication skills in English - Compassionate and caring demeanor towards patients
Valid CPR certification and First Aid training
Possession of a valid driver's license for transportation needs
