We are a fun, patient-focused Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic practice with one location looking to add an amazing team member! Looking for a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator for our front desk immediately in our pediatric dental/orthodontic office in FishHawk.

Job Description: This position requires close attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a positive attitude! We take pride in providing excellent customer service to all patients.
As a patient care coordinator, you will welcome new pediatric and adult orthodontic patients to the practice, review pertinent medical and dental history with the parent and/or patient. Also, you will speak with them about the proposed orthodontic or pediatric dental treatment plan, any necessary appliances, and payment options. Other front desk responsibilities will include answering the phone with a smile, confirming upcoming appointments, scheduling appointments, communicating with patients via text and email, verification of dental insurance coverage, scanning documents, contacting other dental offices to request records, preparing patient routers, and other general office duties.
Ability to work independently at times and as a contributing team member is required.
- 2 YEARS of prior knowledge of dental terminology and concepts of insurance are required
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus.
