Position: Dental Receptionist
The Role: Are you someone who thrives in a role that blends interpersonal skills with administrative prowess? We are looking for a Dental Receptionist who is not only motivated and pleasant but also keen to contribute to our close-knit team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Utilizing your knowledge of general dental terminology (or demonstrating an acute ability to learn ) to assist and educate our patients.
Manages scheduling with precision and care.
Exemplifying excellent phone etiquette to maintain our standard of service.
Multitasking efficiently in a dynamic/team environment.
Collaborating as a proactive team player with others who support you.
Utilizing basic desktop computer skills to manage patient records and correspondence.
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with dental insurance is a plus.
Prior experience in a dental, medical or health care advantageous but not mandatory if you are a fast learner and work well with others.

Schedule:
Office Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday- Friday w additional day availability if desired.
