We are seeking FULL TIME LIVE IN AS WELL AS FLEXIBLE WEEKEND LIVE IN WORKERS.(SATURDAY, SUNDAY,MONDAY)
Must have background in Home Health Aide/CNA. Other requirements are as follows, CPR/First Aid , Medication Training certification , able to pass LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CHECK and Proof of Health statement showing proof "FREE OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASE AND TUBERCULOSIS.
OUR BACKGROUND : Facility is family owned and operated. We pride ourselves on providing personalized and compassionate care. We want our resident to feel safe and comfortable in their home.
Duties includes : Direct personal care which includes assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing, toileting. Assistance with medication administration ,meal preparation and house keeping, assistance with mobility and transfer, collaboration with team so that resident needs are met.
SKILLS: Strong communication skills
Ability to work with others or independently
Ability to adapt and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
