We are looking for a medical office, an individual who has attention to detail and the ability to handle interactions in a professional, friendly and enthusiastic manner. You must possess excellence in customer service and have knowledge of insurance, medical referrals, HEDIS, electronic medical records and at least one year of medical office experience or a combination of medical office education and office experience. Knowledge of common ICD and CPT codes a plus.
You must possess the ability to work with individuals within and outside of our medical office developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others. In addition, you must have the strong ability to use independent judgement and initiative.
You will be communicating with patients and providers coordinating referrals for special services. You will be the liaison between our office and other healthcare providers while following all HIPAA guidelines.
