Our busy and progressive oral surgery practice, with multiple offices and 8 surgeons is hiring a Regional Practice Administrator to manage our practice and coach and train our teams.
For this position, you must have superior leadership and communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for dentistry.
You will be working directly with the owner surgeon, managing teams, making recommendations, managing the profitability of the practice and providing leadership in all areas of the practice, while implementing business strategies.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a dental practice and enjoys building relationships with employees, doctors and patients.
Your job will also include; managing our training institute where we train oral surgeons, periodontist and prosthodontist on placing implants.
This is a full-time, exempt position.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Coaching and developing team members to ensure they understand job duties
Overseeing operations to ensure patients receive superior patient care
Oversee all administrative needs of the practice
Ensure compliance with all company policies and directives
Provide training and mentoring to team members
Support daily office operations at all sites
Be able to effectively communicate with the team and the doctors and respond to concerns timely
Make recommendations to management
Requirements:
Multi-location experience in the dental field, with 5 plus years of practice management
Proven record of successfully growing a dental practice
Supporting and coaching team members
Sound decision-making skills, drive and desire to succeed
Masters degree
Travel will be necessary
