Proficiency in phone etiquette is also required to manage appointments efficiently and handle inquiries with professionalism.

Experience:
- Prior experience in a clinical or medical office setting (1-2 years preferred).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
- IV phlebotomy experience required
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and healthcare software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Customer service skills and a patient-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of medical billing and coding (preferred).
Certifications:
- CPR and First Aid certification (often required).
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Paramedic License (preferred but not always required).
