Retro Home Health Care (A subsidiary of Retro LifeCare) is a family owned and operated licensed Private Duty Home Health Care Agency. Retro specializes in 24/7 hourly care, as well as live-in care. We are currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator every day from 9am to 2pm. Ending time can be flexible. We are looking for the right person with emotional maturity, who can work as part of the team, and is creative and can positively impact our continued growth
Ideal candidates should have the following qualities/skills:
Management or Leadership experience of some type (Health care preferred)
Possess creativity and critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently, switch directions quickly and be adaptable/flexible with multitasking
Be goal orientated, work well under pressure and be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions
Present a professional appearance and demeanor both in person and on the phone at all times
Have basic computer knowledge and be able to learn a scheduling software program
Exhibit extraordinary customer service skills to staff and clients
Perform proper follow-up of tasks and focus even with distractions
Can pass a level 2 background screening
Basic Computer knowledge
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Monthly scheduling for CarePartners at appropriate houses. Daily scheduling changes/requests for our CarePartners
Answering phone calls and text messages
Address scheduling changes in a timely manner and communicate them to staff and families promptly
Participate in interviews of new CarePartners and prepare employee files as directed
Presentation of CarePartner orientation programs
After hours on-call required ($1/hr)
Be comfortable taking a family referral over the phone
Assure that all CarePartners are compliance with AHCA regulations for licensure, certifications, education and other documents
Visit staff and Elders in the field at home ($1/mile for use of your car)
Update Social Media Accounts
Assist other office staff with tasks as assigned
