I have three care homes that I currently run in Spring Hill. The ALFS are licensed for five and six and a private care home with two residents. I am seeking to train someone to take over my role as administrator and help in other arears as well. Hands on CNA, nursing, caregiving background is a MUST. You must be able to do everything we ask of all staff. Cook, clean, change wet diapers, bedding, etc. Marketing the community to make sure our open beds get filled quickly is also a primary responsibility. A driver's license and vehicle are required.
Position is full time, hourly or salary. $20+hr with bonuses. Must be very flexible with hours because people call out of shifts and the administrator may have to step in last minute to work a shift.
Position requires you to live in Hernando County or North Pasco County. Person will be required to get an Administrator License within first three months or possess currently.
