Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, and appliance troubleshooting.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues before they become major problems.
Patching Drywall, Fixing doors and hinges
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure tenant satisfaction and safety.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies to ensure efficient inventory management.
Collaborate with property management to maintain clean, safe, and attractive living environments for residents.
Requirements:
Previous experience in apartment maintenance or a related field preferred.
Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems and equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Have own Tools
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation.
