The Body Person position requires experience and having your own tools a plus.
The Prep person (Sander/Masker) must have some production related experience. Ability to work at a fast pace physically, lift, bend, move and learn.
Candidates need to have experience with sanding, priming, taping, and sanding/buffing.
As this is a production auto body shop, the successful candidates must have a "Can Do" attitude, be punctual, and be willing to take direction in a fast-paced environment.
