We are a rapidly growing local chimney restoration & service company, proudly in business for over 30 years.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Chimney Sweep Apprentices.
No experience? No problem!
We will train you and provide all the tools you need to succeed, including nationally accredited apprenticeship training.
What You'll Get:
-$19/hour starting pay
-Full-time, Monday-Friday, starting at 7 am with some Saturdays
-On-the-job training with a Master Tech
-Company vehicle provided with all necessary tools
-Yearly certifications and trainings after 1 year as an apprentice
-Paid time off
Ideal Candidate:
-Valid FL driver’s license
-Proficient with hand tools and power tools
-Comfortable climbing and working on ladders and lifts
-Can lift 75 lbs+
-Works well with others – a true team player
-Great communication skills – in-home customer service experience a plus!
Job Duties:
-Assist a Master Tech with chimney and fireplace sweeps, inspections, and repairs
-Learn to service and repair dryer vent systems
-Progress towards working independently or with a team on larger projects
-Follow instructions and safety protocols
-Requirements:
-Pass a background check and drug screening
-Must not be afraid of heights – ladders and lift work are essential
-Desire to learn and grow in a skilled trade
