Position: Cleaning Manager & Guest Services Specialist
Responsibilities:
Cleaning Management: Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure all guest rooms, common areas, and facilities maintain impeccable cleanliness standards.
Staff Coordination: Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to deliver consistent and high-quality service.
Inventory Control: Manage cleaning supplies and inventory to ensure availability and cost-efficiency.
Guest Interaction: Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
Requirements:
Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning management, preferably in a hospitality setting.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Working and reliable vehicle with insurance.
Non-smoker preferred
Must be willing to work weekends
Starting Pay at $20/hr plus iPhone
Work in a picturesque beachfront location with a supportive and friendly team.
