Looking for an apprentice-style individual who has construction knowledge, block-concrete would be great, framing would be constructive; however, I am willing to train the right person. Building two houses and running a concrete lifting company, with closed-cell spray on the side. Must be in the Pasco west coast area, non-smoker (not optional) outside work. 40k to 50k this year will negotiate moving forward. Unfortunately, not had great luck with workers in the past, not showing up or misrepresenting themselves. I am willing to have a conversation at the job site with anyone. When you show up, be willing to work. Must have a vehicle to get to Hudson Beach, Florida.
