Types of work include residential renovations, school improvements, and commercial build-outs. Self-perform nearly every trade. Great opportunity for someone to learn. Pay will commensurate with experience. Prefer someone with some experience, but willing to train right person. Pay range $18/hr.+
Must have:
-Reliable transportation
-Common hand tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
-Dependability
-Willingness to learn all trades
Current project is in New Port Richey (educational facilities)(note: compensated for travel each day for projects outside Pinellas county. Typically projects are in St. Pete). Other residential renovations projects starting soon in St. Pete. Must present yourself in a clean, respectful manner as our projects are in peoples homes, on school properties, or in a commercial setting.
