Types of work include residential renovations, school improvements, and commercial build-outs. Self-perform nearly every trade. Pay will commensurate with experience. Prefer candidate with construction experience. Must speak English. Pay range $18/hr.+
Must have:
-Reliable transportation
-Common hand tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
-Dependability
-Willingness to learn all trades
Must present yourself in a clean, respectful manner, as our projects are in homes, on school properties, and in commercial settings. Most projects are in St. Petersburg. We do have clients in Clearwater, and occasionally New Port Richey.
