Looking for an individual with experience in sheet rocking, basic electrical and plumbing, painting and framing. May include roof inspections and general property maintenance. Must be responsible, work well with others or alone at a job site, have reliable transportation, good communication skills and time management. I need an individual I can depend on at job site.
