Night work- 3 to 4 nights a week, 4 to 6 hours per night. Shifts are worked between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. preferably 10 p.m. start time.
Qualifications: (please do not apply if you do not meet ALL these qualifications.)
Must have 3+ years driving experience with a clean driver's license for the last three years. If you have been licensed in another state during the last three years, we will need that information. License will be checked by our insurance company with your permission.
Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds for an extended period of time. NOTE: All employees will be required to fill out a post-hire medical questionnaire.
Working smart phone for using GPS app for checking into and out of accounts and for navigation.
Reliable transportation to work.
Proven ability to work nights.
Ability to work without constant direct supervision.
Job Description:
The candidate we hire will be responsible to perform one or more of the following tasks, depending on the contract:
1. Pick litter from all islands and grassy areas
2. Blow debris from parking lot to designated areas for vacuuming
3. Vacuum debris using vacuum truck
4. Check and/or empty trash receptacles
5. Manually dump debris from vacuum unit into dumpsters using shovel
6. Perform miscellaneous cleaning duties (e.g. clean trash receptacles, dust window ledges, etc.)
As you can imagine, this is a dirty job! It requires a positive mental attitude and hard work.

Pay:
This position's starting pay is $16.00 an hour. However, if an employee is:
- Consistently on time and work his/her scheduled days
- Provides a good (not just average) work product w/o customer complaints
- Follows company procedures, all with a good attitude
He/She will receive a raise based on their above-average performance. If you performance is only adequate, you will have a review at 90 days to receive a raise.
