Job Ad: Flexible Schedule Handyman Needed (Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Riverview)

Position: Handyman (1099 Contractor)
Location: Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Riverview (and surrounding areas)
Compensation: $50 - $200 per job (1-3 hours per job, some jobs can take as little as 30 minutes.)
Per Diem: Weekly gas reimbursement
Schedule: Flexible – pick and choose your jobs!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of general handyman tasks such as repairs, installations, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Jobs may include tasks like carpentry, drywall repair, furniture assembly, and more.
- Travel to job sites within the Tampa Bay area, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Riverview.
- Work independently and efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality workmanship and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Must have your own reliable vehicle and tools.
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a related trade is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Must be dependable and able to show up on time for appointments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with clients.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Paid per job – typically $50 - $200 depending on the complexity and duration of the job.
- Gas reimbursement paid weekly.
- Flexible schedule – work as much or as little as you want!
- 1099 contractor position – you set your hours, we provide the jobs.
