Scent of Heaven Cleaning Services, LLC and GBM are looking to hire an energetic Floor Technician. This individual needs to have experience with striping and waxing VCT flooring, experience using a carpet machine, experienced using high and low speed buffers, as well as knowing how to use a pressure washer. This individual needs to be experienced in cleaning windows and is able to dust high and low vents as well as baseboards. Most of the work is required to be done on the weekends and after the buildings are closed. If you are unable to work on weekends please DO NOT APPLY for this position. This is a full time position after 5PM and on weekends. The pay is between $14.50 to $16.00 per hour. The position is seven (7) days per week, if needed, and approximately 30-40 hours per week. You can work your own schedule. You must be able to pass a background check, have valid drivers license, reliable and dependable transportation, and able to lift heavy equipment. You will be paid as a1099 sub contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes.
