Wood framing contractor looking for high character people to join our field team. Duties include building walls, floor systems (installing floor trusses), roof systems (setting roof trusses typically with a crane) and the like. Our company also does some exterior trim (fascia, soffit, siding) but predominantly rough framing. Laid back, drama free atmosphere and a family oriented company. Requirements: own tools and transportation, responsible and reliable, a great attitude and work ethic, a desire to learn and grown and a strong mindset. NO DRAMA. Drama defined by our companynegativity, moaning/complaining, not accepting constructive criticism and taking things personally and laziness.
