We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Maintenance Technician for various properties, including a retail shopping center, office building, tree nursery/residence, and industrial workshop/warehouse centers. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and repair operations, grounds keeping, managing building systems, utilizing tools, interpreting technical documents, and fostering positive relationships with co-workers and tenants.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2 years of maintenance experience, proficiency in lawn equipment, electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry skills, HVAC experience (preferred), reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. The starting salary is dependent on experience, and successful applicants must pass background checks and drug testing.
