We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Maintenance Technician for various properties, including a retail shopping center, office building, tree nursery/residence, and industrial workshop/warehouse centers. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and repair operations, grounds keeping, managing building systems, utilizing tools, interpreting technical documents, and fostering positive relationships with co-workers and tenants.
Qualifications:
High school diploma,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
2-years Maintenance Experience,
Proficiency in Lawn Equipment,
Electrical and Plumbing Repairs,
Carpentry Skills,
HVAC Experience (preferred, but not required),
Reliable Transportation,
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
