4 hours per day - Monday thru Friday only - Morning hours 7 to 11 or person can choose 8 to 12 - you will work alone - supplies are already on the job site. This is not residential cleaning. It is a 6 story condominium association - Semi open elements - vacuum carpet - battery powered blower to keep semi enclosed garage clean. small tile foyer on each floor - Glass doors on first floor only - change lights ( you must be able to get on a 4 ft ladder to utilize the first two steps). No heavy lifting. It is best if you have your own vehicle for transportation to and from the job (the bus does not work). Also it is important that you live near the job ( going to and from Tampa is not worth the trip).
